SEEKING & OFFERING AID ON FACEBOOK

Our primary mission is to ensure our community members may seek and offer aid to and from one another in real time throughout this crisis. You may review existing and historical posts and/or submit a Facebook post of your own by clicking on the “Seeking Aid” and “Offering Aid” buttons below to read & submit your own posts.

We’ve seen and served an elderly woman just home from the hospital who needed a delivery of Ensure, parents working late who couldn’t get to the store, a pregnant mom in West Cocoa who needed immediate food for her small children, and we’ve seen offers of groceries, diapers and formula, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and even a note from a woman who’d recently lost a child but offered to share her breast milk with other moms in need. Now is the time to share what you have, and ask for what you need. We’re all in this together.

If you post seeking or offering aid, make sure to use the post topics “Seeking Aid” or “Offering Aid” by clicking the three dots in the upper right corner of your Facebook post to add a Post Topic.

If you would prefer not to publicly post your request or offer for aid, please complete our survey or email mutualaidbrevard@gmail.com.
